Please add upgrade indicator for Non-Teachable, Teachable and Re-Teachable

The issue is that I have recipes that are Not Teachable (like Dagger), where if I go buy the recipe from a blacksmith, becomes Re-Teachable. It took me a long time to figure this out. If not for a bug that initially said I had not learned the recipe (later to changed itself to the opposite), I would not have looked into this long enough to figure out that I have already learned recipes that I have to buy to make them teachable. This should be obvious in the GUI, and just adding the text is not helpful because we are scanning over many recipes and really only notice (not leaned, already learned, and skill level X required).

For Non-Teachable, Teachable and Re-Teachable, please add an upgrade indicator to the tool tip on the purchasable recipe to make this info move obvious. Maybe an up arrow or a color change.
