poison weapon Buff not working with skill trained

    Title: poison weapon Buff not working with skill trained
    Reproduction Rate: tried a few times with different weapons
    Blocker? yes to poison
    Details: when applying poison to a weapon it only lasts for 20 seconds even when I have level 82 in the poison weapon ability
    Steps to Reproduce: tried a few times with different weapons and another player in global chat brought it to my attention
