Pooled experience incorrect

    Title: Pooled experience incorrect.
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (I think).
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I switched to an avatar on another account and the pooled experience shown in the skills window is from the avatar on the other account (the tool-tip is correct though).
    Steps to Reproduce: See the screen-shots below.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32164
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Linux.64.513.Date.06.26.17
    Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01/Parrot's Roost
    Area Display Name: Parrot's Roost
    Loc: (-460.4, 81.7, 435.0)

    The experience displayed in the skills window is from the avatar on another account. The experience shown in the tool-tip is from this avatar:
