possible bug with bags ??

    Not sure if this is a bug or a working as intended thing, but when i pick up a crafting bag that weighs upwards of 1500lbs, if i place it in my inventory WHILE moving, i do not get slowed from encumbrance until i stop moving or cast a spell. Once i stop moving i then get slowed as i would expect. Sorry if this is not a bug i just thought it was odd that it works like that.
