    After your Player Owned Town Submission Form has been unlocked by CS (or unlocked automatically after purchasing an upgrade), and you have updated the form with any desired changes, please remember to lock the form when you are ready to submit it for review and processing! Until the form is locked, no action will be taken on your POT.

    You can confirm that your form has been locked successfully if you see a message below the form title beginning with: "This Player-Owned Town submission form is locked from further updates."
