POT deco missing viking walls(sometimes)

Ok when i logged onto QA this morning i was presented with missing Viking walls in my POT but only on one side of my POT.

If i logout/in i will see the walls that were closest to my char but the far walls on other side of town would not display. The collision would be there but no visible walls.

Also for some reason my char is holding a hammer but my char is equipped with a staff. If i remove and readd my staff the hammer disappears.
