Details: When I place a row lot, the row home does not appear nor can I claim the lot. For other lot types I cannot claim the lot until leaving the scene and coming back.
The first time I logged in the game was showing network trouble, but I do not have this warning at this time.

Perhaps unrelated, but I noticed in live, when unclaiming a town lot in an NPC town that the house did not disappear nor did the lot marker appear claimable by me, but it was claimable by someone else. It's almost like my client is not receiving lot ownership updates from the server?

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Place lot marker
2) Observe that the house associated with a row lot does not appear
3) Cannot claim any newly placed lot markers until reloading.
