POT Water Well restriction due to weight capacity

    Title: POT Water Well restriction due to weight capacity
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker? No, this eventually will reset (maybe when I leave an instant?) but I havent figured out how yet
    Details: After clicking on fountain when weight capacity is beyond restriction, I receive an error and then the fountain is none clickable for a certain amount of time
    Steps to Reproduce: 1. Overload you back like your forced to help carry you friend's book collection
    2. Go to a fountain that you own
    3. Click on water to claim your free bucket of water
    4. Be denied by error that says you need to lose stuff
    5. Emptying everything from your inventory
    6. Try to re-click on fountain with gray cursor

    @shadowvice, this is correct. taking water from a well is basically a loot window, and when very encumbered one cannot loot.

    side note to @Sannio: this description doesn't mention that the focus drain does not apply in towns.

    Thanks for pointing that out! I forgot to add the part where emptying your inventory and going back, I am unable to access the fountain (a grey cursor). I will update the post

    ah, so a general bug with it not recognizing when the encumbered state has been cleared and removing the penalties.
