Potion Count Occasionally -1 When It Should Be Zero

4. Details: I have zero Health and Focus potions. The icons for them are in the non-combat bar. Most of the time, "0" appears as the count, which is correct. However, occasionally a count of "-1" will appear. I noticed this this evening as I was logging out. I noticed it a week or so ago, as well. I'll keep an eye out for it.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Have zero potions, and the icons in the non-combat bar.
6. User Specs: SotA R43, a couple of different builds.
   

 

It is happening in R44 as well. See screen shot. Potions in question are in slots #9 and #0.
