Pre Socketing wepons Not Procing Enchants

    I just made 20 2h ashen heartwood staff's
    Pre Socketed them with Gems
    None of them got an Attunment hit bonus for Pre Gemming :(
    2 Wands would still be 52+ attunment , 2h only offering 20 attunment... :(
