   Prism, the public vendor in Desolis, doesn't get ANY traffic because she is hidden in the first basement you run up on as you approach the city. She would probably be more useful if she was where the Tour Guide is.

   She's not supposed to be a public vendor (and also not supposed to be a clone of Prism). I'll place a more obvious one.
