Pristine Polar Bear Heads

    Over the past 7-8 months, I've spent plenty of time in Sanctus Spine killing large polar bears for xp boosts on various characters. In that time, I've killed over 500 large polar bears, yet I've never gotten a single pristine polar bear head. I've also killed even more large arctic wolves, and have gotten a total of 2 pristine heads from them.

    Could you please look at your code and see if these heads are dropping as expected? 0/500 seems like a waste of time.
