   When you ask what help the captain needs, despite the fact that it very clear he's telling you that the captain needs help, when you click on Help in chat, he says "oh I don't need help. thanks"
   
   Have seen LOTS of dialogue issues.. may need some literary nerds to just go over all the possible clicks in context..

   In our game, saying "help" to an NPC is nearly always meant to mean, "how can I help you?" If the NPC has a quest, that's often the best way to get the quest from that NPC. If the confusion is that the word "help" is highlighted in the statement that you need to help Kinsey, then that's a different issue and I'll see about adjusting that.
