When you float your mouse pointer over a proficiency icon in the adventure tab display of the skill tree, it currently shows very little about the individual enhancements to the other glyphs in the tree.

To resolve this, each glyph should continue to have a similar tool tip as they currently have, but with the addition of the CNTL version of the tool tip.

When you hold CNTL and float the mouse pointer over a glyph, the tool tip changes to show what the proficiency is doing to improve that glyph. If that tree does not have a proficiency trained, that will be succinctly stated in the CNTL tool tip.

The CNTL tool tip for each glyph should explain what improvements are currently being done to this particular skill and at what rate for the current level of the proficiency glyph. And below that, the effect at +20 the proficiency would cause to the current glyph if you chose to raise the proficiency up by 20.
