Program does not respond with Windows 7

Hi when i play the game i become game freezes from time to time and must close the program and restart it.
I use Windows 7. Here is the details frome the error message in found but it s in german i hope you can help men to fix that !

You still need to post things like the spec, where you were zoning to, if you updated your drivers, what happens if tou musg wait, at what point you see this, is it at a fixed %on the loading acreen, if you make it in game, dig out your sota long files...

 

Drivers are updatet in the problem is not fixed, the problem appears when i rotate the kamera not when i m zoning

 

For them to review your issue further, you need to tell them the specs of your video card and the amount of your System RAM.
If you could possible use /bug in game and paste the results here, they will get a better idea of what system you are on Thank you.

 

okay grafic is im fastest mode with no shadows, i have an amd radeon hd 6800 and the ram from my pc is 8gb ddr ram. There is no bug ingame the game does not respond with windows 7 whene i rotate the camera

@Thormuin you've been asked 4 or so times now (if you include the thread you made in the old area) please post the full spec of your machine.

So thats: full OS version, full graphics card detail (make, model, memory), physical memory of machine, speed of processor+type like you see in many of the other posts. If you had pasted that /bug it would be useful, the picture isnt as useful.

You may find your machine is not up to spec, some of the values I could squint out of that picture were low.. such as 8gb memory and 1gb graphics card memory
