Proposed Functionality: Looking for group

The devs have touched on developing a "looking for group" mechanism, where one can publicly announce/search for a group to party up with.

What I'd like @Chris and others to consider, is adding in the ability to:

1) Schedule a start time
2) Schedule a duration, or end time, whichever is easier.

(so basically, list the party long before the party begins)

For people like me, I won't join any parties at the spur of the moment. I'm also reluctant enough to join if I don't know when it's going to end... to the point where I've been in one party in the last 8 months, despite playing almost daily. Not knowing these things in advance is a deal-breaker for me.

You may say "well just leave when you want". I find this socially awkward enough that I'll avoid the scenario entirely. Without getting too defensive about that - you don't have to understand or agree to it. You merely have to accept that there are people who are different than you.

So having said that, this may sound weird, but I'm actually much more likely to form parties, if those two abilities are added, and thus, be able to enjoy the game more. So, as an ability, is particularly important to me.
