1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

PTR: Castle, Keep, and City Arena 1 Week Event Rentals

    By request, Visaard Rental Solutions now offers arena event rentals! We have 6 strategically-located arenas across New Britannia that may be rented on a first come, first serve basis for private or public events. We are excited to be able to provide this service to the community for exceptional PvP events and parties. Details below. Schedule your next combat tournament, special occasion, party, or Lordly feast with us and you're certain to impress your guests!

    What arenas do we offer?

    What is included with each rental?
    • Your choice of arena and date, subject to availability
    • A 1-hour consultation and arena walkthrough sometime before your event
    • A 1 week window to use the arena and above-ground area however you like
    • Your choice of a walled or open above-ground setup
    • Your choice of lighted (wall torches and chandeliers) or empty arena basement setup
    • Optional chained obsidian shard and obsidian lighting setup (only for Open-PvP enabled events in city, keep, and castle arenas due to deco and size restriction)
    • 1 Lord British / Darkstarr Battle Banner
    • Lord British, Lord, Founder, and Benefactor thrones to use for VIPs
    • Three Fancy Brass, Wood, or Steel signs to use for directing traffic
    • Aether Vibration Amplifier to use for music
    • Trustee + Tenant access to the entire property for 1 week. That combination of permissions allows the renter to delegate kindred and guest permissions to others throughout the event and place and move deco as needed above ground and in the arena. At the end of the 1 week rental, we will revoke access which automatically sends all the tenants' deco items to their local bank. It's very quick cleanup and no one can steal anyone else's stuff! 1 week also allows plenty of time for setup and hosting your event.
    How much does it cost?
    • Castle Arena = 27 COTOs, 100K IGG, or $15 store credit
    • Keep Arena = 18 COTOs, 67K IGG, or $10 store credit
    • City Arena = 9 COTOs, 34K IGG, or $5 store credit

    We also offer a 10% discount when you book 2 or more events at the same time!

    How do you rent?

    Message Dereck Visaard in Discord or in-game whisper to schedule your event. Include preferred location and dates in your message. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability. A 50% refundable deposit is required to reserve the arena once a date is selected. The remaining balance must be paid prior to receiving access to the arena on the event start date. Please do not attempt to haggle; rates are not negotiable. We offer premium and rare facilities and amenities that ensure a memorable event for all in attendance!

    Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable up until 48 hours before the event start date/time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event start date/time will not receive a deposit refund.
