1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    NOW offering 72-hour Arena Event Rentals (see post here for details)​

    Visaard Rental Solutions offers flexible and affordable rental solutions for Shroud of the Avatar. We own several strategically located lots in NPC and player-owned towns across New Britannia. Our lots are held with tax-free deeds. We also maintain an inventory of place-anywhere (including founder) and Player-Owned Town (POT) lot deeds available for placement on a lot of your choice, all tax-free. We also have POTs available for rent - you can be a governor! And, we offer financing on land deed and town purchases.​

    We offer a variety of row, village, town, and city lots for your use (including many water lots). And, we offer a selection of founder, benefactor, add-on store, and crafted homes (including water homes) and basements to be placed on any lot. Your choice of home is included with your lot deed rental. And, if that wasn't enough, we have a stock of commission-free vendors and pets which may be placed on your lot!​

    We also have several rooms available for rent in our inns across Novia. See below for more details.

    *** NEW PLAYERS ***
    We offer new players, under 1 month in-game, a FREE room with furniture and storage slots in any of our inns. Players between 1 and 3 months in-game may also rent a room at a 50% discount of our standard rates.     More detail on our new player services is located here.​

    Permissions
    Lot rentals include co-owner permission on the lot.
    Room rentals include tenant permission on the lot and on the door of the rented room.
    Town rentals include steward access to the town and free reign on deco and lot placement (town name and biome can be changed for minimum 6 month rental term).​

    Payments
    Weekly and monthly rental options are available with no-minimum terms. We accept in-game currency COTO/in-game-gold (via in-game mail system or in-person) and cash payment through our Patreon site here, via PayPal FF, or Shroud Marketplace. Our in-game-gold lot rental rates are cheaper than taxes for comparable taxed deeds - meaning you save money renting with us instead of paying deed taxes.​

    Monthly Store-Credit Drawing
    Rental patrons paying cash receive automatic entries into our monthly $10 SOTA Store-Credit drawing, where the number of entries is based on size of the player's rental package. Congratulations to Scela Scurza who won the August drawing!

    Whether you're looking for a storage room, a temporary home, a primary home, a secondary site, an event location, a guild house, a deed, a trading location, or want to experience town ownership -- We have a solution for you! We look forward to discussing a custom, affordable package that meets your needs.

    Note that we will entertain offers to convert any lot into an inn with subletting permissions. We will also entertain offers to convert any lot to a home with rented rooms if you bring tenants.

    8/6/17 Update - Added Ardoris, Port Graff, Aerie, and Estgard rows and Resolute village lots in conjunction with our Soryn Fields partnership. Residents of the Inn of the Sassy Satyr in Resolute will enjoy perks Resolute and in Soryn Fields for farming and trading.

    And we now offer financing options on player-owned town and lot deed purchases. PM for details.

    Amazing effort! I haven't seen anything this professional and well organized yet! I like how if you rent on Patreon you get a chance at winning a $10 store credit each month, that's cool.     The only thing I don't like is the multicolored spaghetti mess of text in this forum topic - my first impression was to ignore and skip past the post because it looked too messy and confusing to bother with sorting out on first glance. The Patreon website looks much nicer.
