    1. Title: Public Vendor in Brittany Alleys does not have a name
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: Random public vendor has no name at Area: Brittany Alleys (Novia_R3_City_Brittany_Alley) Loc: (60.5, 44.5, 110.9)
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to the location and ask the Public Vendor his name.

    Can I get clarification on this? There are quite a few NPC's in this same location that dont have names. Should I report them all?
