    I checked in QA and the homes merchant, housing deco merchant or housing deeds merchant are not selling the tickets, so I am guessing that you have not reinstated the lot deed raffle for R63.

    Maybe you should change the wording in the Published_Player_Instructions to indicate that the raffle does not happen every release.

    And, it would be nice if the name of the merchant selling the raffle tickets was mentioned in the instructions.
