Purify does not give refreshing cleanse every 3 seconds

    1. Title: Purify Specialty broken
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker?no
    4. Details:When testing life specialization and the cleanse bonus, cleanse does not add a recasted cleanser every 3 seconds as advertised
    5. Steps to Reproduce:Train life specialization and cast cleanse on self, get PVP oppenent to use poison, cleanse poison and get applied again. after 3 seconds, poison does not get auto-removed.

    Purify Burst which is supposed to clear a negative effect but it now does not.
