Put Dash on the starting Utility Bar setup

    Let noobs play with speed!

    Move Strength of Earth and Air's Embrace from the attack bar to the utility bar as well.

    At the same time, this will show them that these types of skills do not need to stay on the attack bar, and can go on the utility bar, it might make some new players play around with both bars to see what works and what doesn't!
