PVP Town spawn area

    2. Blocker?No
    3. Details:As a PVP town owner, I am able to chose the spawn area in my town. The problem is that it's totally useless as long as I spawn randomly everywhere in the map, since the last release. I would like to be able to chose the spawn area again.
    4. Steps to Reproduce:Spawn in a PVP player owned town (Tenebrae in my case)
