QA.809 Liches the same tier no matter the Room Level

    QA.809 Liches the same tier no matter the Room Level

    Put down 3 encounter rooms in the dungeon. No Totem on one, Level 1 on the second and Level 2 on the 3rd.

    Go in the rooms and they all have Liches with ~587 HP. All rooms the same.
