Details: When speaking to Esmeralda and getting the Reach the Top of the Steeple quest, after the player finds the mirror, the Reach the Top of the Steeple quest completes and the player now receives the Ask About Looking-Glass task. The journal entry and mouse over the task text is incorrect.

Player is specifically told by Esmeralda to go find something at the top of the steeple:


Player investigates the top of the steeple and discovers the Mirror and is now told to go find someone?
We were sent here, specifically by Esmeralda to find this. This journal entry is incorrect:


What is missing is a specific check to see if the player has Esmeralda's quest to investigate the mirror, and if they do have that task, they need to have a separate Journal Entry that specifically states to return to Esmeralda what you found.

Steps to Reproduce:
User Specs: Have a characters use a quest reset, finish Battle of Highvale, enter Highvale Outskirts and go to Esmeralda. Get her Reach the Top of the Steeple quest. Go to the top of the steeple and find the mirror. A new journal entry and task Ask About Looking-Glass appears. Read the journal entry for Ask About Looking-Glass. It says to find someone, but we were specifically sent here by Esmeralda to investigate this.
