[QA] Unable to 'enter' chat in any of the tabs.

    Title: Unable to 'enter' chat in any of the tabs.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? only for using Lua scripts and being social ;-)
    Details: Typing into the input area works as expected, but hitting enter does nothing except remove focus from the area.The text remains in place hitting enter again allows it to be edited/added to.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open a chat tab and try typing in the input area.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 5.0 Ubuntu 18.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 64417
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144

    i am unable to enter text for local or zone, but universe, nobles, traders, and guild work. lua enters but disappears into nothing, but i'm not sure how that one is supposed to function anyway so that may be right.
