Details: The window to turn in a quest item to a NPC times out after about 10 seconds if the blinking text cursor in that NPC's converstion window is cancelled. This is often not enough time to trade the item.

Steps to Reproduce: Type 'necklace' to Marlene Graff and the window to turn in the necklace pops up. Click the scroll bar in that window, which removes the blinking cursor from the conversation window where I typed 'necklace,' and ten seconds later the window to turn in the necklace closes automatically.

Note: If I use the mouse wheel to scroll the item turn in the cursor remains in the conversation window and the item turn in window doesn't close. But other things can remove the cursor, such as clicking an item in the item turn in window which also causes the window to close.
