Quest Item Disappears: Mail Package for Soltown

1. Title: Quest Item Disappears: Mail Package for Soltown

3. Blocker? probably I am blocked from any further mail routes until this gets fixed
4. Details: I had one Mail Package for Soltown (from Ardoris). I could not turn it in because I also had one Mail Package for Desolis (from Soltown) and the Soltown town crier refused to accept to Soltown package. I turned in the Desolis Package and the Desolis town crier then gave me another Mail Package for Soltown. But, I now only see one package in my inventory. My journal also now only shows the latest task, from Desolis to Soltown. The previous task from Ardoris to Soltown has disappeared as well as the previous quest item (I should now have two Mail Packages for Soltown.) Now when I try to turn in the single Mail Package for Soltown, the crier keeps saying: "Sorry, you already have mail that needs to be delivered."
