    Title: Quest Item 'Shroud of the Avatar' isnt giving the +6% max to damage resistance %

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. open character sheet (C)
    2. equip and unequip the quest item "Shroud of the Avatar" cloak and notice the changes in stats
    User Specs:
