Quest journal question

    I am starting a new character. I got to a point 'Learn a new skill, then equip' in the quest journal. My character is in the Highvale Outskirts. I have learned a number of new skills from Leonard (adventure trainer) and equipped them, but the quest journal will not clear. Is there a certain number skills to be learned to clear this?
