Quest NPCs in encounters

    Title: Quest NPCs in encounters.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: When the quest NPC (pilgrim, bounty hunter, researcher) shows up in an encounter scene, they run to the center of the scene. Their running cannot be interrupted by me. I can double-click on them and they will not stop and talk to me until they reach the center of the scene. Once I am able to talk to them and I get the quest item, they then are compelled to chase me down until they "tag" me, then they walk away.
    Steps to Reproduce: Clear an encounter scene and if a quest NPC appears attempt to talk to her before she reaches the center of the scene.
