I talked to captain burnes about the refugees and got the quest but then asked him about"inform captain burnes" and then he stepped down from captain, gave me the banner

then i went and killed the obsidian elf commander - got his head as quest item but now am unable to present it to the stepped back captain (which is still shown as captauinn burnes ...)

btw getting killed in the elf camp - there is no ankh in there for resurrection!! you have to leave it when the gate has closed! and i searched for 3 mins till i found a way to leave it => NO FUN ;(
