Question about gifting a $45 pledge

    I have two friends that I plan on giving pledges and I have a couple questions that I can't seem to find the answer to. I'm a royal founder so does that still mean the gifted accounts will have the additional founder items? I also can't seem to figure out if they will count as referrals. It seems like they would but I can't find anything in writing one way or another. Thanks!

    I beleive that the pledges will now be standard, there was a cut-off dates a few months ago.

    I forgot to answer the second part. They should still count as referrals.

    If you want a founder/royal founder accounts the only way you can now obtain them is from other players within the marketplace forum.

    Hello Zassik, welcome to the forums!

    Invidia is correct - I checked the details with my husband's account, which I had gifted to him after the April 7th deadline for 'Founder' accounts. Although my account is a Founder, his is a regular Benefactor account and he won't get the additional items; however, it did indeed count as a referral and I received the bonus for it. If you wanted to gift your friends with actual Founder or Royal Founder accounts, you may be able to find some for sale in the Player Marketplace, as Invidia mentioned.

    Thanks for the info and the warm welcome! I plan on being more active from now on. I initially pledged forever ago and just tried to put it out of my mind since everything was so far off and I didn't feel like obsessing over it every day for the past 18 months.
