I'm about to submit a heraldry blazon that is a guild based image. Can other accounts submit the same image so that we all can use it?

I'm pretty sure they have to be unique but there's nothing stopping you from applying your heraldry to your guild's items for them to use.

Ok. How would that work? Do you have to activate a blazon on each item?
If we have some of the heraldry chest & legs patterns, could I apply the patterns then give them the armor?

Yes, you can... Nothing guarantees that a Blazon will be Unique.

However, One person can make as many of a given blazon as required... There is no need for multiple people to have the same blazon.
Quite so. Exactly right. The blazon is linked to an account... That account can make as many of that blazon as it has or is supplied patterns. Once it is applied to an object, it's permanent until removed or replaced.
