The first is a Baroque multi-tiered fountain obtained when purchasing a 10K COTO Pack on the website. The other is a Baroque Table Clock obtained when purchasing a 6K COTO Pack. Does this mean that one must purchase 16k COTO in total to get both items? Or is the clock awarded for purchasing 'at least 6k COTO' so that purchasing a 10k pack awards both items? From the wording of the release note I would assume that the rares are each linked to a specific COTO pack, so that each pack must be purchased separately to get both rewards... but it doesn't hurt to ask
Yes, each bonus item is tied to the specific COTO pack. So to get both you would buy a 10K pack and a 6K pack. As always the bonus items apply to each of the qualifying packs bought, so if 3 10K COTO Packs and 3 6K COTO Packs were purchased, then 3 Fountains and 3 clocks would be delivered after the offer expires (delivered by the end of R133).
The exchange ratio of COTO to $ is different in the 10750 / 80 $ and the 6300 COTO / 48 $ packs. I would not like to only have the option to buy a smaller pack for a less good exchange ratio to get item 2 and a larger pack with a better ratio to get item 1. If I would buy 17.050 COTOS (10.750+6300) I would expect the better ratio to be used for the whole amount, so 80 : 10750 X 17050 = 126,88 $ instead of 128 $. Yes, that is not much of a difference, but being outside the US there are taxes to be paid on top of the total ("$152.32 (incl. $24.32 sales tax")
I like the way they set it up. It is a good way to increase sales and add more rare items to the game. You may be paying more per coto with the 6k pack. But the additional rare item received more than makes up for the difference in overall value.
