Question About Visitor Status

Hello, I recently purchased this game through Steam and so far have been enjoying it. I have run into an issue however that is confusing me. Even though I bought the game, I still have "Visitor" appended to my character name, and am not allowed to buy anything from player merchants or housing or...well, lots of thing actually. What gives? I'm not playing a free trial...the game was bought and paid for on Steam yet I still get prompted to upgrade to a paid game to do anything?

Nevermind, I'm such an idiot. I've been logging in with my SotA account, when I should have been logging in with my Steam account, which then gives the option to link your SotA account to it, taking off the Visitor status lol.

Very helpful, just was wondering the same thing. Good thing I didn't invest to much time.
