Are the keep and castle water lots removable?

If not, do they count against the housing total?

Is it possible to add or move a boat to one of these lots?

    Thanks for any replies.

That is also very interesting and important for me. I wanted to place my Pirate's Galeone (city size) on a city water lot in the main bay of Tortuga. Tortuga is a city sized POT. This is not possible as the bay is blocked with keep sized water lots that cannot be removed. That is very annoying as I guess there are not so many players with keep size deeds or higher out there to fill all these lots. I already asked technical Support but it is not possible to remove the keep sized lots as it would impact other POTs as well and so already placed lots. Would be great to hear if there is any chance that this will be changed in the future after the Launch... ? I guess the team is working full time on launch preparations and final fine tuning but maybe later?

The POT Governor can move, remove, or place any lots within their POT. Talk to them.

I don't have a POT, so I can't speak from personal experience. But, from what I understand, all lot markers should be removable by the POT owner or a steward.

Ronni is saying they are not removable, but, if you don't place the Keep/Castle markers, they should not count toward your size in regards to placing other lot markers.

On my Island PoT Dracheninsel I have:
    1 Keep (land)
    2 Keep Water
    1 Castle Water

Keep (land): Its a normal lot marker like the other smaller markers.

For the Water Keep and Castles are no markers to set.
The moorings are fixed and cant be moved.
They have a small row boat attached.

The Keep and Castle Islands are only visible if someone claimed them.
And only then they count toward your housing total m².

They are on your POT list from the start they do not count until you place the marker.

How would this work if I had enough markers placed to take up all the space in my town and then someone claimed say a keep water lot?

    1. You can restrict every lot. Keep and Castle Water Lot Marker included.
    2. You cant claim a Keep or Castle Water Lot if your PoT has no more square feet available.
