    Questions in the spoiler...

    All of the quests I have been given by the Oracle seem to be situated in PvP zones. Is this forcing players into a PvP environment? Is there a workaround for PvE players?

    there is a workaround for every one of them except opalis, because the opalis quest item and unclone aren't done yet. use the underground passages.

    If you look at the world map and what is nearby those areas it gives you an idea of where to start.
