So I saw that you can make ingots with only 2 raw ore and some scraps. How does this process work with creating silver ingots? What / where do I get the scraps to do this so im not using 4 raw ore for 1 ingot. Thanks!

There is no silver or gold scrap in game at this time.

Ahh ok, so no matter what to refine a silver ore to a silver ingot, it will always be 4 ore to 1 ingot? Unlike iron or copper I can make that raw ore stretch by incorporating scraps?

Yeah, don't expect it to be added. There used to be recipes for gold and silver ingots from scraps and they removed them.
