R32 POT Update to Village

    Title: Caladruin POT Update
    Reproduction Rate: Ongoing, repeated but NOT urgent
    Blocker? No
    Details: POT was updated to Village in R32 but remains a Hamlet in R34. Just a heads up in case this wasn't on the POT list.
    Steps to Reproduce: Caladruin is a POT nested off the docks in Brittany Central. See above.

    Ah, I believe I see the issue. Your town's form is currently unlocked. For any changes to be observed and implemented, your town's webform needs to be submitted and locked.
