r37 load on Win 10 still blocks access to other programs

    While initially loading, SotA still prevents access to other programs (ie, via alt-tab or similar) active on the same OS - specifically Windows 10 in my case. It appears to HAVE improved ability to access other programs while in-scene loading (eg, going from town to overworld map or the like)

    So, part whoopsie, part attaboy.

    I use borderless windowed mode and Alt-Tab to other applications without difficulty.

    Mine drops overlay commands during scene loads on windows 10. Push to talk won't work ubless I alt-tab over to discord.
