    Avatars,

Please read this entire message, as well as the linked Instructions and Known Issues.

Thank you for being a loyal backer and follower of Shroud of the Avatar. Release 45 access for all Early Access backers begins this Thursday, August 31, at 10:30 AM US Central Daylight Time (15:30 UTC).

Release 45 is our first release after reaching the Story Complete milestone last release. We are now able to focus on polishing the game experience. This release, we have rebuilt multiple scenes, added more quests, polished the user interface, and continued to balance combat.

As you can see, we have changed how instructions are presented in the forums with a preview and link to the complete post on the front page of the main website. In your posts below about the instructions, let us also know what you think of this change.

i must compliment someone on that ornate shogun pavilion. i remember seeing it in celestis and thinking that top story was an inaccessible tease and then the screenshot of the new asset has a ladder visible!

Great release but wish there were either high level zones added or additional pockets of high level mobs added this release.

“Powering Up” Locked Skills: Pressing and holding or clicking and holding a locked skill will charge it up and give same results as stacking

    Wait what?

Doesnt thiz make small locked decks.. like significantly stronger then small unlocked decks?

I could have 1 slot of rapid fire and get 5 stack value of it.. 1 slow of aimed.. 5 stack vlaue... instead of using 4 slots in an unlockec deck (min 2 so i can stack with 5x cards each..

Meaning a 10 locked deck is significantly strongee then a 20 unlocked of the same makeup??

Can you explain the balance between locked n unlocked with this chamge plz?

    Edit.
Why would i possibly use 2 slots with healing ray and 5 cards.. over 1 slot locked when i can guarentee 5x stack effect on demand????

    @DarkStarr

I like the read on the website, but including the body of the post in the forums allows it all to be searchable as well. Often if trying to remember when a change happened or if a change happened or if a feature was commented on etc. it helps to be able to use the forums to search (ie. Keyword: Etceter, Posted by: Darkstarr)

the Obsidian Inn is basically just a black box but what I like about it is the roof deck access... you can have parties and other events for tenants on it...

You can search the main website post as well using your browser. The forum search is actually not as good :(.

agreed... I believe he is the only one doing all the clothing and weapons and other stuff... those are not easy to make... and I don't think they are Unity Asset Store Items that they can just buy off the shelves... :)
