Rain and villages

    First of all... LOVING the weather, however, what about the poor citizens of the various towns just getting drenched from day to day?

    While I would not call it a "priority", it would be interesting to see the townsfolk make for shelter (their homes or nearby tavern) when the rain starts and to meander back to their daily routine when it ends.

    i always feel so bad for the town crier. if he can't be moved and he can't have an awning, maybe he could pull out an umbrella when they're in game.

    Hm... putting up a tent for him maybe? maybe like those at diverse marketplaces I have seen?

    Maybe give the town crier his own booth like an info kiosk for the town. #NPCLivesMatter

    can't! they make the area around him undecoable so governors can't grief players by blocking him off.
