    Details:
    1) Where it rains in the home (upstairs only, balcony, etc.) - 1st floor has high ceiling (so floor 1 and 2) where the rain comes through - rains on stairs and ledge overlooking floor 1.
    2) The full name of the home/building. Obsidian Tower (Town)
    Steps to Reproduce: observed when raining.
