   It should only damage once per Earth month. And yes, it hides your health for non-party members until you drop below 50%.

   Ok, that is acceptable, not 5 times in one Earth night I do like how the cape looks, and plan to keep it if it only hits once a month.. tho it is not dye-able.. hehe anyway.. Thanks for the update!
