    Title: Random Encounter not working
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: a random encounter of "Barbarian" is not going active when walked upon, it is just standing still in location doing nothing.
    Steps to Reproduce: it is a Random encounter at location posted , once there walk on the Barbarian an nothing happens
