    So far I have been pulled into 3 encounters, each time there have been players in the instance who have already cleared the scene of whatever mobs were there and have harvested all the resources, effectively making the random encounter pointless for me.

    In a Swamp far away from the beaten path
    What's weird about it is, it will (in multiplayer) on occassion respawn resources if the 2nd person joins but if no one does, only the trees respawn. In SPO, only the trees respawn.

    REs seem to be more frequent than the last release ...... too frequent.
