Details:
It seems the first musical instrument in a scene is the only one you can hear.
After another avatar was playing a piano I only heard the first note of my fleet flute and nothing from flute of defiance.
Steps to Reproduce:
Tested additionally in my own house could not hear any instruments, many tested.
Used /stuck to reload.
Was able to play Piano, but then harpsichord, harp, street organ, drum would not play sound.
And could not hear piano when I went back to it.

I may have seen a similar issue with Fiona's lute - sometimes plays and heard, sometimes not. Haven't been able to characterize when if works/not as yet. Animation does play normally.

 

My fleet flute is often silent. The condition doesn't seem dependent on other instruments in the scene - it just seems buggy and prone to failing to load the audio file (buggy).

 

Still occurring. My flute plays about 50% of the time. Effects and animation normal. My only solution is to leave the game and relog until the next fail.
