I need to vent a little.

I have put in about a dozen bug reports over the past 10 hours or so, so about 1 an hour. Some of them are minor mechanics and some are major- broken quests.

I just want to voice my frustration that some of the bugs I reported on quests were also reported in October 2017 or before and still not fixed. It is disappointing to put in a few hours on a quest only to find at the end it is still broken.

Serious downer, man.

 

Sorry, player made dungeons are more important than fixing, polishing and improving EP1

 

When they begin to implement Quest System 2.0 they will probably be looking overall at all quests. At least I sure hope so.

I’d also assume stuff related to the main quest and new user experience is on higher priority to fix. The rest, not so much.

Also, are you sure you are checking that the bug you are reporting, doesn’t already have a JIRA number? If they do already have a number, then they are aware of it, and at the appropriate time will probably work on it.

Some bugs are higher priorities than others and not all bugs reported affect every player. So there has to be some prioritization. And I'm glad the team prioritizes those bugs that affect everyone. I'm sure yours are on the list though. The good news is that the team has refocused their priority on bugs in Q3 and we can see them working on them in the daily Standup Report. And I bet again in Q4.

 

Yeah, there’s 2 more releases for this quarter to go. I can only pray the words quest system is mentioned in the Q4 report....

Though I completely understand if they still need more preliminary work before doing so.

I guess we will find out soon.

 

You would assume that, but some of the reported broken bugs are main quest line stuff. And trust me, I understand prioritizing; I just don’t understand how main quest line items can still be broken.

Are you talking about the visit Devotional shrines one?

The Artifice one is obviously important.

 

Some of the bugs have serious game implications. Like the bug on the bacchanal belt that allows people to get full STR score. Enjoy PvP being fair with that thing in play.

 

They are aware of that one.

 

What does full STR score mean? 200 strength?

 

We are at a point where the Dev Team should make a list of quests they know are broken.

We can add to the list as we find more.

 

It was not the case in October 2017 or before..

 

You can go over 200 STR. You can also go over 200 INT. I've not seen anyone with over 200 DEX, but I would think that would be the same.

 

I am over 200int in two of my builds. one takes me up to 220. I also know a few people getting close to 300 int

 

Yeah, I can get to 205 without Warlock Chain or Dolus Hood.

 

So... What does full STR score mean? Is that just something Lord Trady made up?
