Rapid Fire still not using Ammo Scavenger

    Blocker?
    Details: Rapid Fire still shows 100% to use reagents - should be 68% just like all the other ranged skills since I have 80 in Ammo Scavenger for 32% reduction.
    Steps to Reproduce: The tooltip and/or skill is still bugged and not using Ammo Scavenger.
